FROM THE BEGINNING

Shortly before midnight, last Saturday, according to police reports, 16 year-old boy Kimani Gray aka “Kiki” was fatally shot in front of his home in East Flatbush, New York after pointing a loaded gun at two plain clothes NYPD officers.

According to the report, the officers noticed Gray and his friends hanging out in front of Gray’s home.  Noticing the police Gray began to walk away from the group adjusting his waistband.
