"The absence of freedom doesn't always lead to safety,
it leads to the Impression of safety. People need to
be aware of the fact that what they give away today,
they're not going to get back tomorrow."
-- Judge Andrew Napolitano

In spite of how the media covered last week’s evacuation in Massachusetts, missing were reports about those Americans who exercised their Constitutional rights by refusing to evacuate their homes.

WATERTOWN, MA -- On Friday, April 19, 2013, during a manhunt for a bombing suspect, police and federal agents spent the day storming people's homes and performing illegal searches. While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. Police were filmed ripping people from their homes at gunpoint, marching the residents out with their hands raised in submission, and then storming the homes to perform their illegal searches

So how did the FBI, SWAT, Massachusetts state police, local law enforcement, etc. get away with initially locking down Watertown and surrounding communities last week thereby repressing the liberties of the very same people who pay their salaries?
By catching Massachusetts residents off guard, law enforcement from all agencies converged upon citizens with armory and tanks that most Americans expect only to see in the movies.

They instilled fear, dehumanized, employed intimidation tactics and many unable to think clearly in the midst of the chaos, willfully abandoned their Constitutional rights for the illusion of safety.
Adding insult to injury, when it was all said and done, millions of Americans across the country including the residents of Massachusetts thanked the police state for the enslavement and abuse of their fellow citizens going so far as to refer to their enslavers as heroes.
