The Oath Keepers held a press conference yesterday in Colorado, the subject of which was a lawsuit that has been filed on behalf of the residents of Colorado in opposition to the state's violation of the Second and Fourteenth Amendments of the U. S. Constitution.
The clip (below) is an excerpt of that press conference, which can be viewed in its entirety here.
Colorado resident, Dylan Herald (picture above), is one of the disabled plaintiffs and a member of Outdoor Buddies, who has joined in the lawsuit.
Herald talks about out how Colorado's draconian gun legislation violates his rights in accordance with the Constitution, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and violates the rights of all Coloradans.
