BENGHAZI: CIA Employee who Refused to Sign Non-Disclosure Agmt Suspended; Retains Legal Counsel

Congressman Frank Wolf revealed yesterday that a CIA employee was suspended from duty after refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement that would prevent him from discussing last year's Benghazi terrorist attacks.  The suspended employee has since retained legal counsel.

… Wolf’s office first received the anonymous call earlier in the summer, soon after CNN and Fox News reported on the NDAs and polygraph tests.
The caller told Wolf’s staff that an unnamed CIA employee has been suspended after refusing to sign a Benghazi-related NDA.
‘My office received a call from a man saying that he knew a CIA employee who has retained legal counsel because he has refused to sign an additional NDA regarding the Sept. 11, 2012, events in Benghazi,’ Wolf said in Sept. 9 remarks at a panel discussion hosted by Judicial Watch….

Of course, CIA Director, John Brennan, in a written response to Rep. Wolf denied that a CIA employee was suspended for refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement on the Benghazi terrorist attacks. Brennan’s letter can be viewed here or here.

For the record, this would not be the first lie by Brennan who taints reality as much everyone else in the Obama administration.

On the matter of Benghazi, Brennan also denied that CIA agents were being polygraphed and forced to sign non-disclosure agreements in addition to the above report regarding the suspension of a CIA employee for refusal of the latter.
