House Votes to Fund Gov, Delay Obamacare One Year, Repeal Medical Device Tax

Somewhere around the midnight hour, Congress voted 232-192 to delay Obamacare for one year and 248-174 for repeal of medical device tax.

Mike McIntyre of North Carolina and Jim Matheson of Iowa were the only two Progressives to vote for the delay of Obamacare while seventeen Progressives voted for repeal of the medical device tax.
In addition at vote guaranteeing the pay of the U. S. military during a government shutdown passed 423-0.

Taking all of the above into consideration, whether the government shuts down at midnight Monday is in the hands of Barack Hussein Terrorista Obama, Harry Reid and the U. S. Senate.
