Acknowledging the serious problems with the rollout of ObamaCare, USA Today referred to the exchanges as a “nightmare” and an “inexcusable mess.”
To hear the Obama administration and his lapdogs tell it, the problem is not the healthline but the people and the hours that one attempts to sign up to this scam.
